After several years of being offered at no cost, the 2024 conference saw the introduction of participation fees.
The payment is required to cover the necessary costs associated with running the conference and the project Medical Review Auschwitz.
The fees are collected by the Polish Institute for Evidence Based Medicine, a nonprofit nongovernmental foundation.

Please note that each day requires individual registration and is subject to a separate fee.
We are pleased to announce revised registration fees for the 2026 conference.
Owing to financial support provided under the Vectors of Science (Wektory Nauki) programme, co-financed from the state budget by the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education, the previously announced registration fees have been reduced and replaced with new, lower rates available to conference participants.*

Participation fees include:
- Day 1: Transfer from Kraków to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum and back, guided tour in English with a special entry to Block 10 (up to 3 h), visit to the exhibition “Negatives of memory. Labyrinths” by Marian Kołodziej, refreshments and lunch.
- Day 2: Course materials (PDF), refreshments and lunch, certificate of attendance
- Day 3: Refreshments and lunch, certificate of attendance
Cancellation terms
Participants can withdraw their participation by writing to [email protected]. The refund will be made to the original payer and with the same method of payment used for purchase. The refunded amount may be subject to deductions, as outlined below:
- Before July 31: A full refund of 100% of the paid participation fee.
- From August 1 through August 31: A partial refund of 50% of the paid participation fee.
- From September 1: The participation fee is nonrefundable.
